通常市場買的蚵仔拿在手上 殼就有屁味和濃濃海味了

你們家的生蠔連殼聞起來都好新鮮
可惜的是這次太晚訂沒買到大顆的 哀 下次我要早點定~~

還有那包螢光小蝦蝦 立馬加菜魚暴衝阿 哈哈哈 看到就是爽字

之前看文章大家分享的圖片,想說真的有那麼好吃嘛??
所以這次中秋節也跟Vicky訂購了7斤的黃金生蠔
烤肉前,先開一顆生吃試試看
哇賽~真的有夠Q彈的,一點腥味都沒有,一入口就是滿滿的甘甜味
家人另外市場購買的蚵仔,一打開整個腥味就跑出來了,為了肚子好所以放棄生吃

後來烤的黃金生蠔跟市場的比較,最大的印象就是腥味的差別還有甘甜度
腥味應該也是讓很多人卻步的原因...
入口的甘甜度,到現在回想起來還在流口水~

分享一下 ,沒長柄鈍刀時生蠔用廚房器具剝殼:
器具:開罐器一個,湯匙一根(如圖,越普通越好用)
步驟:
1.找生蠔扇面開口縫,通常沿著扇面泥較多的一條就是
2.用開罐器尖頭插入縫隙,一般插入後會很容易沿著縫隙劃開,插不下去就只是殼的皺折,重找
3.稍微用力頂開一點,取出開罐器然後換湯匙柄插入不超過3公分,弄破生蠔肚子就不好玩了
4.沿著生蠔殼面來回刷幾下弄斷貝柱,會發現生蠔闔起來的力量消失就做對了
5.用手將生蠔剝開...順利完工
手嫩的戴手套較佳,要不然有時錯手,殼或開罐器會劃傷皮膚,
10斤生蠔用這種簡易方法花大約一個小時左右,如圖,大部分都剝得很漂亮,
家裡有專門剝蚵的長柄鈍刀會更快,因為是剝到一半突然想到拍的,
