Dymax XD-600 Denitrator Setup

a) Posted over 2 weeks - no response from others.
b) I contacted the Vendor - Dymax via eMail. Dymax contact told me they will send me a new pump head. But the pump hasn';t been sent out up to this moment (almost 2 weeks).
c) I also posted the same message in other Forum, also nobody answered.
To conclude:dont waste $ in XD-600 in future ... and, to me, I never buy Dymax product - poor design and post-sales service. I purchased this in Hong Kong which cost >USD100.00.

without significant height difference between the water body and the unit, you will not be able to use this product. It is impossible to operate it relying only on gravity. You will definetly need a small pump or setup a T from existing piping.
In fact, most denitrator require pressure input device, such as a small pump.

As a consumer, I would expect this inform ation will be described in the user manual. However, the XD-600 is complete hopeless ... the equipment costs >USD100.00 (this is already expesnive than a LINKSYS Wireless Router + USB Receiver!, Damn!) and the vendor expects the consumers search these essential operation details via web? U are joking ...
