BTW, all clams posted belong to the T. Crocea and T. Maxima family. All clams besides the last three I posted were farm raised. That is the coolest part in all. Also, none of them belong to me, that is the sad part.
It is too cold to ship right now in New York. When the temperature gets a bit warmer, I sure will be getting some new farm raised clams.
